    I’d like to say that the 476,652 people who voted No qualified as “idiots or insane people,” however, it occurs to me that if you believe you are NOT an idiot, leaving such language on the books my be a great way to keep idiots from being able to vote!!!

    That ballot item didn’t really bother me…But, I am having a hard time coming to grips with the fact that our state voted down the funding for Stem Cell Research. While it’s a somewhat sensitive topic, it seems like a no-brainer to me. ymmv, of course. That said, I feel as though we took a giant step backwards on Tuesday.
