A Flying Start to my week in Boston and #Admin2010 (or @flyboytyler didn't kill me)

I am in Boston this week for Admin 2010, I presented my session this afternoon on building custom TDI Scripts to populate Lotus Connections Profiles, and customizing Profiles….. but before all that Carl came through on his long time promise to take me on a flight in his plane. Here is our takeoff This is the plane IMG_6682 And here are some images from the flight This is the New Hampshire Motor Speedway IMG_6473 This is (still snow covered) Mount Washington, and the weather station that sits on top of it IMG_6606 IMG_6622 When we got back to the airport Carl did a touch and go which you can see here in this video before we landed for the evening. Finally here I am safely back on the ground after almost 3 hours of flying IMG_6689 There are more pictures in my Flickr Set, and I will add even more when I have a chance to get through them all.  Thanks Carl for the flight, I had a great time.

Yes – Carl let me take the controls for a few minutes – it was a great experience.

Superb – do you know if it is a Piper? Maybe a Cherokee / Archer or similar. The Spats make it look a little like a Grumman Cheetah / Tiger but I don’t think it is.
