Lotusphere 2008 online is open

I received my e-mail this morning with my log in information for Lotusphere 2008 online.  A quick look at this years site and it is using three of the Lotus Connections components.  Profiles, Dogear, and Communities. A picture named M2 It would be nice if for those of us who already have a profile (and other data)  in the Greenhouse if that information would be pulled over, that might be something for next year as I mentioned when the Atlas announcement was made there is certainly the hint of announcements coming on aggregation of data from across different social networks.  Should be easy to do if in this case both  networks are running the same platform.

Got my email notice for the Business Development Day Quickr site, but they must be sending the LS2008 Online notices in batches, because I haven’t received mine yet. I think I also received mine last year a day after they started going out.

Looks like the majority of the BDD session presentations are already available on the Quickr site. Have they posted any of the presentations for the breakout sessions yet on the LS2008 Online site?

I know there has been a commitment this year to get more of the session content posted in advance. A quick scan through looks like they are making good on the promise.

Check your spam folders folks. My LS2008 Online notice came earlier today and I finally found it in my spam folder with the sender of “Unknown” [mailer@ls08.net on behalf of (Unknown)].

Oh, I can pretty much guarantee you’ll see some aggregation of public social networks inside Connections at Lotusphere. Emoticon
